The proposal requirements of local, provincial and federal funders require an extensive commitment of time and human resources, which in some cases is not a reality for many Indigenous communities. Many communities and organizations find themselves working on important projects off the side of their desks, which is not ideal given what is at stake.
In collaboration with our clients, our team has extensive experience in taking an idea from its conceptual stages to program roll-out. Also, our team is experienced in working with the expectations of local, provincial, and federal funders Our process includes the following:
