Strategic Planning
There are funders that require a community and/or organization to produce a comprehensive three to five-year strategic plan before agreements can be completed and/or renewed. This also means that the attached funds will not be released until such documentation is produced and accepted by the funder.
Makwag Consulting provides strategic planning services that include working with Board of Directors, Organizational Staff, and Executive Management teams. The schedule and methods are flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.
